Notes: A $5 hazardous waste disposal fee will be applied to all udder health submissions. The $10 accession fee will NOT be applied to udder health testing. A $0.50 fee will be charged for each milk sample submitted in a whirl-pac to cover the extra time required for sample handling. All fees are in US $.
Turnaround times may be longer than indicated if additional testing is required.
